Shipping & Return Policy


Order processing may take up to 1 business day unless otherwise specified.

Custom and customized orders are created on demand and will take between 5-10 business days to produce. We make every effort to ship orders as fast as possible, contingent on product availability.

Please note, only our Standard shipping can deliver to P.O. boxes, so be sure to use a street address as your shipping address if you want to use UPS shipping methods.

Once your package is packed up, we then hand it off to USPS or UPS (based on the shipping method you choose at checkout) who will ship it to you according to the delivery speed you select.

Standard Shipping delivery time in most parts of the United States is within 5-7 business days. You will be provided with a tracking number once your order ships. You can also track your order on your account page.

Please note that any and all shipping times provided, including those for upgraded shipping services, are only estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds 

If you are in need of an exchange or return, please contact for instructions on how to begin your refund or exchange. 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the original purchase date, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging. Apparel items MUST be clean and have no hair/fur, dirt, or other signs of use.

All orders of clearance items are final.

All refunds issued on credit card purchases may only be issued as a credit to the original credit card used for the transaction.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as topicals, lotions, balms, oils and food, cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, first aid items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Shipping Refunds

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
