Our Promise on AI‑Generated Content

At Hiking Dog Co. we love testing new creative tools, AI included! But your trust comes first. Here’s how we use (and don’t use) AI when you see our posts, reels, or in‑store videos (including our holo display!)

We Keep It Real

Real product demos. Every photo or video that shows our gear in action is filmed the old‑fashioned way, with a camera, a dog, and some dirt.

Real store shots. Any image of our stores, fair booths, staff, or events is 100 % authentic.

Where We Use AI (and Why)

Just‑for‑fun dog scenes. Think animated pups splashing in a lake or bounding through space. No products, no sales pitch. Just pure dog joy.

Playful background or b-roll loops for the holographic & video displays inside our store(s).

Brainstorm help for captions or ideas (but a human always edits and hits “post”).

How You’ll Know

Look for the tag #AICreated (or similar wording) in the first few seconds of a video or at the bottom of a caption. If you see that label, you’ll know some digital wizardry was involved.

What We’ll Never Do

❌ Fake product reviews or performance.

❌ AI images of our gear, store, staff, or customers.

❌ Deepfakes or anything that could mislead you.
